MIG Welder – 1st & 3rd Shift

Location: Springfield, OH

Pay:

  • 1st Shift: $22.00/hour
  • 3rd Shift: $23.75/hour

Job Summary

We are currently hiring experienced and dependable MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team in Springfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience performing MIG welding on metal components while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding drawings.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous MIG welding experience required.
  • Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
