About CHARIS

CHARIS is redefining how people give, receive, and connect through meaningful, symbolic gifting. We merge storytelling, technology, and curated experiences to create a platform where every gift carries emotional depth and cultural significance.

We’re currently preparing to launch the first version of our gifting platform—featuring personalized recommendations, distinctive packaging, and a poetic narrative layer that makes every gesture unforgettable. This internship is structured as a learning and training opportunity for students seeking exposure to luxury brand marketing, content logistics, and experiential commerce.  This is an unpaid internship to start—but high-performing interns may be considered for future paid opportunities.  Students may pursue course credit through their university if applicable.

Benefits/Perks

  • Mentorship in luxury brand marketing and communications
  • Exposure to symbolic commerce and high-touch client experience design
  • Training in digital tools for content coordination and logistics workflows
  • Career development support and references for future opportunities
  • Eligibility for academic credit if approved by your university.

What You’ll Do

  • Marketing Support: Assist with digital campaigns, social media, and community engagement that bring the CHARIS story to life.
  • Content Logistics: Organize and coordinate marketing assets, ensuring posts, product photos, and copy are delivered on time.
  • Physical Brand Experience: Place supply orders, learn luxury packaging and fulfillment standards through hands-on observation, coordinate shipments, and maintain quality control for all physical brand touchpoints.
  • Feedback & Research: Review customer and campaign feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Event Support: Gain exposure to event coordination in the luxury sector.

Who You Are

  • U.S.-based student or early-career professional in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working across digital tools and hands-on operational tasks.
  • Curious about how storytelling, symbolism, and design intersect in commerce.
