Our Early Childhood Music & Movement program is designed to introduce young children to music through singing, movement, rhythm, listening, musical games, and age-appropriate instrument exploration, while giving parents and caregivers an active role in their child’s musical development.
We are looking for an educator who understands that at this age, music learning happens through play, repetition, movement, imagination, and meaningful interaction with caregivers.
What You’ll Do

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and help shape the academy’s Early Childhood Music curriculum.
- Adapt activities to different ages, personalities, attention spans, and developmental needs.
- Prepare the classroom before each session and assist with resetting materials afterward.
- Communicate warmly and professionally with families and academy staff.
- Help build a joyful early connection to music that can eventually lead children into formal instrumental or vocal study.

The ideal instructor is playful, musical, expressive, organized, patient, and completely comfortable leading a room full of toddlers and adults.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience teaching music to young children.

Additional classes may be added as enrollment grows.
