Dimensional Innovations is seeking ambitious, motivated, and people-focused individuals to join our Entry-Level Management Program in Atlanta, GA.

This in-person internship is designed for students, recent graduates, and individuals looking to gain practical experience in sales, marketing, leadership development, customer relations, and team operations.

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured development program that combines hands-on experience, mentorship, customer interaction, and exposure to day-to-day business operations. You will work alongside experienced team members, support client-focused initiatives, and develop professional skills that can translate into future leadership opportunities.

Entry-Level Management Responsibilities

• Represent client brands and services through professional, in-person customer engagement.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Learn and apply effective sales and customer communication strategies.
• Build positive customer relationships and support customer retention efforts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and campaign goals.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting newer team members as experience develops.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
• Track customer interactions and campaign activity to help evaluate performance.
• Build knowledge of client products and services to communicate benefits accurately.
• Participate in goal-setting and individual development planning.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach during daily interactions.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, campus organizations, athletics, or leadership activities is helpful but not required.
