We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking for a fast paced work environment where you will be able to influence the direction of a new company. As an Attraction Management Intern you will be responsible for safety and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer safety and satisfaction
- Work with fellow team members to meet customer needs and daily goals
- Create a safe and fun atmosphere
Timeline
First 2-4 Weeks
- Management training on the different departments within the attraction
Following 2 weeks
- Management training on the lead roles within the business
Remaining 6-8 weeks
- Training on assistant manager responsibilities
Qualifications
- Strong team player
- Decisive and able to quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts
- Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
