Weichert, Realtors® – Saxon Clark is seeking motivated, career-minded individuals interested in building a professional career in residential real estate in Northeast Tennessee.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, sales, marketing, technology, and entrepreneurship. Previous real estate experience is not required.
You do not need to have a real estate license when you apply. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete Tennessee's required real estate education and licensing process before performing licensed real estate activities.
What You'll Do
As a licensed Real Estate Sales Professional, you will:
Work with buyers searching for residential properties
Meet with homeowners interested in selling their homes
Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
Show properties to prospective buyers
Host and participate in open houses
Respond to and follow up with company-generated leads
Prospect for new buyer and seller opportunities
Build relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources
Use CRM and marketing technology to manage leads and follow-up
Develop knowledge of local neighborhoods and real estate market conditions
Use digital and traditional marketing tools to develop business
Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and professional training
Build a long-term client and referral database

Compensation
This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity. Earnings are based primarily on successfully completed real estate transactions.
Individual income varies based on production, effort, experience, market conditions, number and value of completed transactions, and other factors. Any stated earning range represents potential earnings and is not a guaranteed salary.
Work Environment
Real estate offers significant flexibility and independence, but successful agents must be willing to develop new business and accommodate client schedules. This may include daytime, evening, and weekend appointments, property showings, open houses, prospecting, training, and client follow-up.
