Personal Lines Associate

We're hiring for our Personal Lines team. Whether you're a recent college grad looking to break into insurance or a licensed, experienced professional ready for a change, we have a path for you — no prior experience required. In this role, you'll learn risk management and insurance products, drive business development, analyze client risk, service accounts, and recommend coverage. If you're a self-starter and quick learner with strong attention to detail, this role comes with real room for advancement.

You'll join a tight-knit, welcoming team in a design-forward office with free street parking, catered team lunches every Friday, and some of California's most exciting clients — from the city's hippest restaurants and bars to cutting-edge tech companies. What You'll Do, Day to Day

Work directly with clients on risk analysis, quoting, selling, and servicing insurance policies
Serve as first point of contact for service requests (quotes, billing, claims, risk management), liaising directly with underwriters and carrier representatives
Respond professionally to inbound phone calls and emails
Help clients navigate critical moments with ease
Proactively identify and pursue new cross-sell opportunities

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication skills
A California Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license, or willingness to obtain one within your first 3 months (we'll help)
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
Highly organized, meticulous note-taker with strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy self-starter

This is not a remote role. You must be able to work from our office in San Francisco's Sunset District, Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
