2027 Summer Internships – Multiple Departments and Locations
Looking for an internship where you can take ownership of a meaningful project, learn how a business operates, and build skills that will strengthen your résumé?
At Land O’Frost, interns do more than observe. Each intern leads a value-added project designed to address a real business need. Depending on the assignment, your work may include project planning, research, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and content creation.
At the end of the program, you will present your project findings and recommendations to our Leadership Team—giving you valuable experience communicating your ideas and influencing business decisions.
We are looking for current college juniors and seniors who demonstrate:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tenacity and the ability to work through challenges
This paid, nine-week internship program begins June 2 and ends August 5, 2027. All internships are on-site, with the location determined by the department sponsoring the position. Opportunities may be available at the following Land O’Frost locations:
- Munster, Indiana
- Lansing, Illinois
- Madisonville, Kentucky
- Searcy, Arkansas
- Swedesboro, New Jersey
