Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analytics Intern will work closely with HOJIA's operations team to analyze purchasing, inventory, and vendor data across our brands. This is a hands-on, analysis-focused role suited to a student or recent graduate who wants full cycle experience applying data analysis to real supply chain decisions in a multi-brand food & beverage business.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze purchasing, inventory, and vendor data across HOJIA’s brands to identify opportunities to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, and control costs.
Communicate with overseas suppliers to track ingredients and supply costs over time, flagging price trends or variances that affect margins.
Reconcile store-level usage against warehouse deliveries to keep inventory records accurate.
Maintain a vendor/supplier database (pricing, lead times, order minimums, performance history) and help evaluate vendor performance, flagging quality or compliance issues.
Build reports and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) to track supply chain KPIs such as cost per unit, order accuracy, delivery timeliness, and inventory turns.
Support forecasting of ingredient and supply usage across store locations to inform purchasing, warehousing, and receiving decisions.
Document findings and present recommendations to the operations team.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
2-3 experience in the supply chain, operation, or food and beverage industry.
Proficiency in Excel, comfortable working with data sets.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Python or SQL)
Bilingual in Chinese is plus, but not required.
