Child Case Manager

Cumberland Mountain CSB is seeking a professional interested in providing case management services to seriously emotionally disturbed and at-risk children and adolescents in the Tazewell and Buchanan County areas.  Duties include writing individual service plans, monitoring progress, advocating for needed resources and coordinating multi-agency involvement.   Must work cooperatively with school system and community agency personnel to identify and serve children in need of Case Management services. Bachelor's degree required. One year of direct service experience working with children/adolescents preferred. Professionalism and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other practitioners is essential. 

Hiring range:  $36,408 - $54,624 annual salary. (Offers for candidates with more than 20 years of relevant experience may exceed the listed hiring range. Cumberland will only engage in compensation discussions and negotiations after an initial offer of employment is extended.)
