AI Product Marketing & Project Management Intern
About ActOne Group
ActOne Group is a global workforce solutions company helping organizations connect people, technology, and opportunity. We are now launching an AI workforce solutions platform designed to help companies turn AI’s potential into practical, measurable business outcomes.
Our platform, Assembly Platform, enables teams to design, build, and deploy AI applications, agents, and automations that improve how work gets done. We work side-by-side with clients to identify meaningful use cases, launch solutions, and build the capabilities needed to scale them.
This is a fast-moving initiative with executive visibility—and an opportunity to help shape how a new AI solution is positioned, launched, and brought to market.
About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Product Marketing and Project Management Intern to help bring our new AI workforce solutions platform to market.
You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, and client delivery. You’ll help translate a complex technology platform into a clear, compelling market story while keeping the many moving parts of the launch organized and progressing.
This is not a traditional marketing internship. You won’t spend the semester observing from the sidelines or completing isolated assignments. You’ll contribute to real launch priorities, including customer and competitive research, messaging, sales enablement, project tracking, and launch execution.
You do not need to be a developer. You do need to be curious about AI, highly organized, comfortable learning quickly, and able to turn ideas into action.
Why This Is an Exciting Opportunity
AI is changing not only what companies sell, but how work itself gets done. This internship puts you inside that transformation.
You’ll help launch a platform designed to move AI beyond experimentation and into real business workflows. Along the way, you’ll learn how a technology product goes from concept to market: how audiences are defined, positioning is developed, launch plans are managed, sales teams are equipped, and customer feedback shapes the product roadmap.
You’ll leave with practical experience in three rapidly growing disciplines: AI, product marketing, and product operations. You will build tangible work you can speak to in future interviews.
What You'll Do
- Support the go-to-market strategy and launch plan for Assembly Platform and related AI workforce solutions
- Help develop clear product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and audience-specific use cases
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform decisions
- Translate technical platform capabilities into compelling, easy-to-understand business benefits
- Help create sales enablement materials, product briefs, presentations, demonstrations, training content, and client-facing resources
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, action items, and launch deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with marketing, product, sales, technology, and client delivery teams to keep priorities aligned
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, capture decisions, and follow through on next steps
- Gather feedback from internal teams, early users, and clients to help improve the product and go-to-market approach
- Track launch readiness, adoption, engagement, and other key performance indicators
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, planning, content development, analysis, and workflow execution
- Document what works and helps turn successful approaches into repeatable processes and playbooks
Who You Are
- Business-minded and customer-focused: you naturally connect product capabilities to real customer needs and business outcomes
- Exceptionally organized: you can manage details, deadlines, and multiple workstreams without losing sight of the larger objective
- A clear communicator: you can simplify complex ideas and express them effectively in writing, presentations, and conversation
- Curious about AI and technology: you actively use generative or agentic AI platforms and want to deepen your knowledge
- A self-directed problem solver: you’re comfortable with ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and take initiative
- Collaborative and dependable: you work well across teams and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment: priorities may evolve as we learn, test, and build
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, ideally studying marketing, business, product management, communications, entrepreneurship, technology, or a related field
Bonus Points
- Experience with product marketing, project management, market research, or go-to-market planning
- A portfolio of AI-related projects, campaigns, presentations, applications, agents, or automations
- Experience using project management or collaboration platforms such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or content management platforms
- Prior experience with a startup, technology company, consulting firm, or client-facing team
- Strong presentation development, writing, research, or data-analysis skills
- Experience creating something from the ground up—whether a business, organization, campaign, product, or independent project
