Grace Lutheran School is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dependable individuals to join our team as Extended Day Teachers. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, building positive relationships, and creating a fun and welcoming environment for students beyond the regular school day.

Our Extended Day Teachers help provide a safe, engaging, and positive experience where students can play, learn, create, and connect with friends. Team members supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, encourage positive interactions, and help prepare materials for crafts, games, and other hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Creating a fun, caring, and welcoming environment
• Engaging with students during play, games, crafts, and activities
• Encouraging kindness, cooperation, responsibility, and positive behavior
• Communicating professionally and positively with parents, teachers, staff, and supervisors
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
