About the Role
Bime Beauty is looking for a Live Shopping Intern to support our fast-growing TikTok Shop presence across the US and UK. You'll work directly with our founder and live hosts at our Reading, PA office to help plan, run, and optimize livestream selling events — getting hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing corners of ecommerce.
What You'll Do
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating TikTok Shop LIVE sessions with our host team
- Help prep livestream content: product staging, talking points, promo/discount setup
- Monitor live sessions for engagement, comments, and technical issues
- Track and report on livestream performance metrics (GMV, viewers, conversion, add-to-cart rate)
- Support our creator affiliate program — outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with fulfillment/ops to ensure featured products are in stock and ready to ship
- Research trends, competitor lives, and best practices in TikTok Shop live selling
- Assist with post-live recaps and content repurposing (clips, highlights)
What We're Looking For
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of the platform and live shopping trends
- Interest in beauty, ecommerce, or social commerce
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking during live events
- Strong communication skills — you'll be coordinating with hosts, affiliates, and internal teams
- Comfortable with basic data tracking (spreadsheets, dashboards)
- Prior TikTok Shop, livestream, or ecommerce experience a plus but not required
