Project Manager

Job Responsibilities – Director & Project Manager
• Responsible for client proposal and project report compositions that deliver high quality, detailed yet concise analyses for commercial and clinical pharmaceutical topic matter.
• Day to day project management of key client projects, including direction of internal and external KLJ Associates staff and management of daily workflow and client ad-hoc requests in addition to attendance at medical meetings globally.

Qualifications and Characteristics
• This position requires the ability to tell a clear, compelling “story,” and deliver information and recommendations that are targeted to the business question/hypothesis, in a way that cuts through the clutter and facilitates action.
• A strong background in pharma-related science and/or commercial operations is helpful, with advanced degrees in science or business highly desirable.
• Any candidate must have robust written and oral presentation skills, and a high familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office.
• The ability to manage multiple ongoing work flows and deliver timely, high-quality results is necessary.
• The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and adopts a flexible approach to problem solving with strong analytic and communication skills while working in a team environment.
