Role:

We seek a highly organized and responsible Accounting/Finance Intern to join our growing organization to assist with accounting, analysis, data entry, and reporting. Our growth-oriented company is dedicated to providing you with valuable learning opportunities as you share your ideas and creativity with the team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general accounting support
  • Assist with payroll
  • Help with accounts payable and receivable management
  • Provide support for the annual budgeting process
  • Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
  • Present data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management
  • Answer phone inquiries and direct calls, and provide basic company information
  • Reconcile payroll, invoices, and purchase orders and manage inventory
  • Track inventory, manage invoices and purchase orders, pack and ship products for customers
  • Delivers a high-quality work product ensuring its completeness
  • Carry out special projects and all other additional duties as assigned
  • Use Quickbooks online and desktop for journal entries

  • Basic computer and software skills including but not necessarily limited to QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite products
