About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, professional Customer Engagement Representative to join our growing team in Beaumont, TX. This is an onsite, face-to-face role for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating confidently, and working toward clear goals. You will represent our clients and help create positive customer experiences through direct, personal interaction.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and development for individuals who are willing to learn, take feedback, and build their professional skills.

• Represent clients and campaigns through face-to-face customer interaction
• Communicate with customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Explain products, services, and promotions clearly
