Marketing Coordinator, Events and Content
About SWARM
SWARM Engineering builds decision intelligence for operators who feed the world. Our AI models help agrifood companies in grain, protein, produce, and ingredients make faster, better decisions about supply, demand, allocation, and production. We are a Series A company backed by S2G Investments and AgRogue Growth Partners, and we work with operators including Ardent Mills, Hendrix Genetics, and Fruitist.
About the role
Marketing at SWARM is driven by event-led growth. We bring agrifood operators together in small rooms for candid conversation about the decisions they are making every day. Every event produces the content, the relationships, and the reasons to follow up that build our sales pipeline.
This role owns the execution of that program: finding the venue, building the audience, promoting the event, and making sure the content that comes out of the room reaches the people who were not in it. You will work directly with our CEO, our sales team, and our fractional CMO on a small team where your work is visible immediately. The role also includes company visibility and thought leadership activities. This is a hands-on role with real accountability and ownership.

What you will bring
