Evening Youth Sports Club Manager

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person to help run our fencing club during the evening. No fencing or management experience is required—we’ll provide training.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00–8:30 p.m.
Hours: 16 to 18 hours per week
Pay: $12 to $14 per hour
Location: Kaysville, Utah
Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old. Submit to a background check and SafeSport Training.

What you’ll do:

Welcome members, parents, and visitors

Help with check-ins and basic customer questions

Keep the front desk and common areas organized and clean

Assist with simple club-opening and closing duties

Simple equipment repairs (we will teach)

Communicate with coaches and help the evening run smoothly

You may be a great fit if you are friendly, responsible, comfortable talking with people, and able to consistently work the full Monday–Thursday schedule. College students and people seeking steady part-time evening work are encouraged to apply.

If you are interested in marketing, you'll also have the opportunity to learn and help with the club's marketing efforts (i.e., social media, building SEO, AI, etc.). The owner is a noted digital marketer in the higher education vertical.
