Digital Marketing Graduate Program

The Digital Marketing Graduate Associate position is a full-time, permanent and paid role for recent graduates starting in January 2027.

Brought to you by the team leading the way across Google, TikTok, Meta and more, the Academy is a graduate program designed to kick-start your career in digital marketing. Blending masterclasses with on-the-job training on our Campus in Buenos Aires, you’ll get to work with real clients on real campaigns to produce real results.

Two-Year Intensive Program

The program starts by supporting you relocating for a 2 year program based in Argentina. Brainlabs will fund your tickets to Buenos Aires and return to the US, support you through your housing & accomodation process and will offer you a full time role on a localized salary, 20 PTO per year, local holidays (14+), private healthcare, Spanish lessons and ore!

We will quickly bring you up to speed on all things marketing. You’ll be part of a two year-long placement, putting what you’ve learnt into action working on clients like LEGO, Crocs, Adidas and Formula One. During your placement, you’ll join one of our specialist teams, like Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO! At the end of the two-year program, we help you build your career with Brainlabs. You will be guaranteed a role in the business and you can choose whether to stay on Campus or relocate to one of our international offices.

On Campus in Argentina

In 2023 the Academy relocated to our Campus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We have a team dedicated to helping you with the move abroad – accommodation, visas, travel, Spanish classes, healthcare coverage and benefits. You don’t need to worry about the logistics! As soon as you land, you’ll be welcomed by our local Campus leadership team and the 300+ Brainlabbers living and working in Buenos Aires, many of whom are porteños—natives of Buenos Aires—who can introduce you to the city’s culture.
