Job Overview
Khosen Strategies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position involving face-to-face customer interactions inside established retail locations.
You will help customers understand available products, services, and promotions while recommending options that fit their needs. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, so previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a retail environment
- Ask questions to understand customers' needs
- Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Recommend appropriate options based on customer needs
- Answer questions and provide accurate information
- Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience
- Work toward established individual and team performance goals
- Participate in product, sales, and compliance training
- Collaborate with team members and management
- Stay informed about current products, policies, and promotions
- Follow company and retail-location procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Dependable, professional, and receptive to coaching
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Availability for a full-time retail schedule, including weekends
- Evening and holiday availability as business needs require
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, events, or sales is welcomed but not required.
