We’re hiring experienced, energetic soccer coaches to lead youth players in skill-based training sessions that are developmental, engaging, and fun.
Whether you're a former player, educator, or simply someone who loves working with kids, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead focused, engaging, skill-based training sessions for kids ages 4–15
- Teach technical and decision-making soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and love for the game
- Work with players grouped by ability level
- Support or lead small-sided games (3v3, 5v5, etc.)
- Create a positive, encouraging environment for all players
- Follow our training curriculum and coaching standards
- Communicate and collaborate with other coaches
- Attend sessions, games, and occasional events
What We’re Looking For
- Enjoy working with kids and being a positive role model
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Good communication skills and energy
- Soccer knowledge or playing experience (any level)
- Willingness to learn and improve as a coach
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- CPR / First Aid certification
- Experience working with kids
- Second language fluency
