Senior Associate

Skills:

  • Ability to think strategically
  • Proficient with pivot tables, market modeling, statistical analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Designing and supervising the team’s core research tasks and analyses day-to-day
  • Solving analytical challenges
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
  • Developing presentations and other deliverable structures
  • Meaningful ownership early, including the opportunity to lead workstreams and client-facing modules 
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership 
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment 
  • Experience (or strong interest) in managing small teams or guiding Associates on modular workstreams
  • Comfort with analytical and pragmatic approaches to solving business issues
  • Execution of primary and secondary research to analyze niche industry segments
  • Participate in case/project planning and insight generation
  • Developing and designing primary research/analyzing secondary sources
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to be based in Boston 
  • Must have at least 1.5-2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, or private equity/venture capital 
  • CDD experience required 
  • Strong PowerPoint and Word skills; advanced Excel proficiency required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred majors: business, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance)

Compensation + Benefits:

  • This role offers a base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 plus a discretionary bonus. Base salary is commensurate with experience.
