As a Social Science Research Analyst, you will:

• Conduct complex statistical analyses and program evaluations to assess performance, identify trends, and support data-driven policy and program decisions.
• Lead the development and implementation of research, evaluation, and performance measurement initiatives, including designing methodologies, developing performance indicators, and interpreting findings.
• Provide expert technical consultation and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on statistical methods, data quality, performance measurement, and the application of research findings.
• Manage projects and collaborative initiatives by overseeing contracts and grants, leading workgroups, preparing reports and presentations, and developing innovative data visualization and dissemination products for diverse audiences.
