Our growing marketing team in the Salt Lake City area is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Trainees to join our team immediately. No previous sales or marketing experience is required—we provide hands-on, paid training and ongoing mentorship.

This is an on-site, customer-facing position where you’ll gain practical experience working directly with customers and representing established brands and retail partners.

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers in a professional retail environment
• Learn how to present products and services based on customer needs
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support sales and marketing campaigns for our clients and retail partners
• Generate new sales opportunities and contribute to team goals
• Work closely with experienced team members and participate in ongoing training
• Develop communication, leadership, sales, and business skills
