Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | School-Based Position

Brick City Family Consulting is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services in school settings across Marion County and the Villages, Florida.

The Role

You'll work one-on-one with children in a school environment, delivering individualized ABA services under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The work is direct, consistent, and meaningful — helping kids build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills every day.

What You'll Do

- Provide 1:1 ABA services in school settings, Monday through Friday- Implement treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs developed by the BCBA- Support clients across communication, social, academic, and daily living skill areas- Collect accurate and timely data on client progress- Follow behavior support and intervention protocols- Collaborate closely with the BCBA, the client's family, and the school team- Keep the environment positive and supportive for the client at all times

What You'll Need

- Current RBT certification (required)- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance — school schedules depend on you- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work professionally within a school setting

Nice to Have

- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

The Details

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, school calendar hours (~33 hours/week)- No evenings, no weekends- 1:1 client assignments — you're not stretched across a caseload
