What Youâll Do at Xylem
- Prepare and test chemicals and materials for life science projects
- Get hands-on experience in clean rooms and labs, supporting exciting real-world solutions
- Work with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality products and support innovative water technologies
- Help document results, maintain safety standards, and keep operations running smoothly
- Grow your skills by supporting new product development and research activities
What Youâll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associateâs in science is a big plus)
- At least 1 year of lab, academic, or science experienceâor class/labwork in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Biology
- Love for teamwork, organization, and making a difference
- Willingness to learn and growâno advanced degree required!
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment & computers is helpful, but training is provided

Work Schedule:
- MondayâThursday: 6:00amâ3:30pm
- Friday: 6:00amâ10:00am (start your weekend earlyâa candidate favorite!)
