Compensation: $30/hour
Minimum 10 hours per week

Our quickly growing digital marketing agency specializes in higher education, and we are fully committed to our clients’ performance and success.

Digital media is the lifeblood of our business and is crucial to our clients’ lead generation and student enrollments. We are looking for a motivated Paid Media Intern to join our team and contribute to our clients’ growth. 

You will gain experience managing paid media platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising, while learning to use data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance. This position offers a valuable opportunity for someone entrepreneurial and driven to gain hands-on experience in paid media strategies across various platforms. 

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaign Support

  • Assist in the development and implementation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, programmatic, and display advertising.
  • Help create and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad networks.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimize for better ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, ad format experimentation, and audience targeting adjustments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Support the team in maintaining and managing ad spend and budgets for optimal performance.

Technical Skills & Campaign Tracking

  • Assist in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking on various platforms.
  • Support the implementation of Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions and campaign performance.
  • Help with platform integrations using tools like Zapier.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure creative assets and landing pages align with campaign goals.
  • Assist with writing reports on campaign performance for internal and client-facing use.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new client campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Help ensure quality control (QA) for ad rotations, tracking, and reporting tasks.
