About the Role
We're hiring a creative storyteller to help us connect with the public; this is a job that comes with a twist. We serve a unique population, so the usual marketing playbook doesn't quite apply, and we need someone sharp enough to adapt it. Background in journalism, marketing, or criminal justice? Great fit. Curious and coachable? Even better, we love teaching the right person the skills to become part of Team 3-D!

What You'll Do
- Create scroll-stopping content for TikTok and Instagram
- Write, film, and edit for web and social captions, vlogs, reels, and more
- Design in Canva and build decks in PowerPoint
- Help our marketing projects shine
- Turn sensitive, nuanced topics into content the public can connect with
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
What You Bring

- Solid content writing and basic media production skills
- Comfort with Canva, PowerPoint, and podcasting
