Responsibilities:
The primary function of the Estimator/Project Manager is to prepare and complete competitive estimates for projects assigned. For projects, plan, monitor, and control performance to deliver a safe, high-quality project on schedule and within budget.
Work Environment:
This position is 100% onsite. Agate Construction has offices in both northern and southern New Jersey. Candidates should be comfortable balancing administrative and planning responsibilities with on-site visits and ensuring project execution aligns with plans and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of Estimating/Project Manager experience
- BS degree in a related field, preferably Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidates must submit to a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
- Travel, as required.
