Ease Auto Group Inc. is looking for an experienced A/B Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC!
We’re looking for someone dependable, skilled, honest, and ready to be part of a professional shop where quality work matters.
💰 Pay & Schedule
- Pay: Negotiable based on experience and skill level
- HOURLY PAY — NO FLAT RATE
- You are paid for the hours you work, not based on how quickly a job is completed
- Weekly pay
- Monday–Friday
- Shop hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekends CLOSED
- Unlimited overtime opportunities for technicians who want additional hours
- No weekend shifts required
🔧 Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, and general repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance
- Properly use diagnostic equipment and shop tools
- Identify additional repair needs and communicate findings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete quality repairs efficiently and accurately
👨🔧 Qualifications & Expectations
- Previous professional automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
- Clean-cut and well-groomed
- Good manners and respectful communication
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Must be able to work well with customers and coworkers
- Must take pride in your workmanship and the shop environment
