This role will work directly with company leadership to help create marketing materials, develop campaigns, support product launches, produce content, assist with email marketing, and contribute to a variety of ongoing marketing projects.

What You'll Work On

  • Marketing Projects & Leadership Collaboration
  • Work directly with company leadership on marketing initiatives and creative projects.
  • Help turn marketing ideas and concepts into finished campaigns and materials.
  • Assist with planning and executing new product launches and promotions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content, branding, and new marketing initiatives.
  • Help create presentations, sales materials, promotional pieces, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support special marketing projects as new opportunities arise.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Help maintain consistency across Tiki Breeze's brand and messaging.
  • Provide creative input and ideas to help improve how Tiki Breeze products are presented to customers.

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, print, web, and digital marketing.
  • Assist with flyers, sell sheets, menus, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Support packaging and product label concepts.
  • Create materials for cafés, distributors, sales representatives, and other business partners.
  • Develop creative assets for new products, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Help maintain consistent visual branding across marketing materials.
  • Content Creation & Social Media
  • Create photo and video content featuring Tiki Breeze products and beverages.
  • Produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other digital platforms.
  • Photograph products, drinks, recipes, events, and behind-the-scenes activity.
  • Film and edit beverage demonstrations, product features, and short-form promotional videos.
  • Brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns with leadership.
  • Assist with managing a social media content calendar.
  • Research social media trends relevant to the beverage, coffee, and hospitality industries.

Email Marketing

  • Assist with creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop newsletters, product announcements, promotions, and customer communications.
  • Write and edit email copy, subject lines, and calls to action.
  • Create graphics and product visuals for email campaigns.
  • Assist with organizing and segmenting email lists.
  • Help develop promotional and email marketing calendars.
  • Review basic performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and engagement.
  • Assist with campaigns targeting both existing customers and potential new accounts.

Product Marketing

  • Help develop marketing strategies for new products, flavors, and beverage concepts.
  • Assist with campaign concepts, messaging, photography, and promotional materials.
  • Help create and visually showcase drink recipes.
  • Assist with product descriptions and website content.
  • Research beverage trends, competitors, and emerging product categories.
  • Help develop creative ways to introduce Tiki Breeze products to new customers.

Sales & Customer Follow-Up

  • Depending on the candidate's interests and abilities, this position may also include supporting our sales efforts.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
  • Reach out to cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, distributors, and beverage businesses.
  • Help introduce Tiki Breeze products to potential customers.
  • Follow up after samples, meetings, trade shows, and sales inquiries.
  • Maintain organized customer and prospect information.
  • Identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
  • Assist with email and phone outreach.
  • Support distributor and wholesale relationships.
  • Check in with existing accounts regarding products, promotions, and new releases.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, product information, and marketing materials for the sales team.
  • The goal is not simply to make cold calls. The intern will learn how marketing, creative development, customer communication, relationship building, and sales work together to grow a brand.

Events & Industry Marketing

  • Assist with coffee industry events, trade shows, tastings, and demonstrations.
  • Help develop marketing materials and displays for events.
  • Capture photo and video content during events.
  • Interact with customers and industry professionals.
  • Assist with post-event marketing and lead follow-up.
