Driver Recruiting/Marketing Intern
Paper Transport, LLC. is looking for a creative and motivated Driver Recruiting/Marketing Intern to join our Driver Recruiting team. This internship will give you hands-on experience supporting recruiting and marketing efforts while building skills in content creation, digital marketing, analytics, and project coordination. You’ll work alongside our team to help attract and engage professional drivers while learning how marketing supports our overall recruiting strategy.
You Will:
- Assist with creating, writing, editing, and coordinating recruiting and marketing materials
- Support website content updates and copywriting projects
- Help develop social media, digital, and recruiting campaigns
- Assist with creating content for driver recruiting initiatives
- Research marketing trends, social media strategies, and industry best practices
- Learn how to use data and analytics to measure campaign performance
- Assist with audience research, persona development, and candidate journey mapping
- Work with cross-functional teams on marketing and recruiting projects
- Develop project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Contribute creative ideas to help improve our driver recruiting efforts
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new projects
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Additional Information:
- Location: Onsite at our Corporate Office – De Pere, WI
- Type of Employment: Part-Time Internship
- Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, around your school schedule
- School Breaks/Summer: Option for full-time hours
- Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on level in school
