Meet the Team 

The Technology Collaboration team cultivates learning, enablement, and collaboration across Millennium’s global technology organization. The team also supports the broader firm, including core business functions such as Operations and trading teams, through AI learning and adoption initiatives. 


The team partners with technologists, subject matter experts, and departmental leaders to improve how ideas are shared, how learning is delivered, and how emerging technologies, particularly AI, are understood and adopted across the firm. The team sits at the intersection of technology, communications, learning, and developer enablement, supporting internal collaboration, AI education, and technology communities across Millennium. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Support internal technology collaboration and engagement initiatives, including hackathons, AI-focused programs and other learning events across the organization 

Help create and maintain AI documentation, e-learning resources and internal learning content for audiences ranging from non-technical users to highly technical engineers 

Contribute to internal communication efforts such as AI newsletters, learning campaigns, program promotion and awareness materials 

Build and maintain resources such as internal AI use-case libraries, knowledge pages and scalable documentation that support asynchronous learning 

Partner with technologists and subject matter experts to identify engaging topics, highlight internal innovation and help shape content for broader visibility 

Assist with the development of creative storytelling initiatives, such as video content or employee spotlight series, that promote learning and collaboration across Technology 

Gather feedback on programs and content, and help improve initiatives over time based on participant experience and evolving business needs 

  

What You Bring 

Graduating between December 2027 to July 2028 

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, AI, Education Technology, Communications, or a related field 

Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and how technical knowledge is shared across organizations 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content 

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders 

Comfort working with both technical and non-technical audiences in a collaborative environment 

Demonstrated interest in training, teaching, mentoring, facilitation or communication through academic, extracurricular or professional experiences 

Familiarity with software development concepts, developer tools or technical workflows is preferred
