Is your passion helping dull and outdated businesses come alive with new marketing materials?  Then we have the internship for you!

Family Promise of Greater Roanoke (FPGR) is looking for an intern that wants to work with a non-profit organization to update our marketing materials and lead a project of video gathering from former clients.  As a non-profit working with families experiencing homelessness, FPGR wants to help the community learn about all the great work we do and how it impacts the families we serve.  

Actual tasks will be dependent on interest and skill level, but will include items such as:

  •  Creating program brochures tailored to different audiences (donors, volunteers, and clients).
  • Assist with development of social media posts focused on what we do, how we do it and ways other can become engaged. 
  • Record interview sessions with formed clients about their experience in the program.
  • Create letters, flyers and other content for the End of Year Appeal.
  • Update website content for a fresh look.

And so much more!!!  

This unpaid internship will run for the Fall 2026 semester.
