Position: Part-Time Dance Coach (Children's Classes)
Employer: StepOn3
Location: Sunnyvale / San Jose / Milpitas and Fremont

About the Role:
We're looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join our team as part-time dance coaches working with children. No prior dance teaching experience is required — full training is provided. The ideal candidate is patient, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with kids in a fun, structured class setting.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable and reliable working with children
  • Punctual, energetic, and a team player
  • Background check required (we'll guide you through this)
  • Prior dance/movement/sports/coaching experience a plus, but not required

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours, afternoons/early evenings (after-school class times)
Pay: Competitive/attractive hourly rate, paid training
Locations: Sunnyvale / San Jose / Milpitas and Fremont
