About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, creative Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts, help shape our brand presence, and build relationships with our customer community through in-person events. This is a hands-on and mostly in person role for someone who wants real-world experience across social media, digital marketing, branding, and event-based outreach.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing

• Assist with weekly digital marketing updates, including social media and website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Support tracking and reporting on digital marketing performance (engagement, reach, campaign results)
• Help research trends, competitors, and audience insights to influence our campaigns

Social Media

• Draft, schedule, and publish social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor comments and messages, and help build community engagement
• Assist with content creation, including basic graphics, photos, and short-form video

Branding

• Support ongoing brand improvement initiatives, including messaging consistency and visual identity
• Help ensure marketing materials align with brand voice and guidelines
• Contribute ideas for refreshing or strengthening brand presence

Customer Clubs & Event Outreach

• Assist with outreach and communication to customer clubs and events
• Help plan, coordinate, and staff in-person social events and community gatherings
• Represent the brand at events, engaging directly with customers and gathering feedback

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Comfortable using social media platforms professionally, not just personally
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face at events
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Creative thinker who's eager to contribute ideas
• Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
