Secondary Teacher
Secondary Teachers to join our team as we open a new campus in San Antonio, Texas, for the 2027–2028 school year.
As one of our founding educators, you will have the opportunity to help build our academic culture, establish traditions, and create a learning environment where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
We are seeking teachers across the following content areas:
- English Language Arts (ELA)
- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Studies
- Art
- Music
- Spanish
- Law
- Early Education
- Health
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, rigorous, standards-aligned instruction.
- Create a positive, structured, and academically focused classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Monitor student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction.
- Develop students’ critical-thinking, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership.
- Contribute to the development of a strong founding school culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong content knowledge in the applicable subject area.
- Passion for working with secondary students.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to high academic expectations and student success.
- Texas teaching certification or eligibility for certification preferred.
