Technology Apprenticeship Program

Broadcast engineers are the backbone of tv and radio. Behind every live news show, radio program, or local sports broadcast is a team of engineers and technologists ensuring audiences stay connected.

What is the Technology Apprenticeship Program?

The Technology Apprenticeship Program (TAP) is a fully funded, hybrid training program where students learn about broadcast engineering, information systems, and emerging technologies. Hosted by the NAB Leadership Foundation, this program gives students the skills and industry connections to launch a successful career in broadcasting.
