Ideal for someone with pre-sales, technical account management or BD experience, ideally from an MSP background.

📍 Technical Alignment Manager — Melbourne | Hybrid | Permanent, Full-time | run technical audits, standardise environments and get ahead of problems before they escalate — think Windows Server, M365, SQL, Hyper-V/VMware and networking, backed by ITIL practices. A great fit for someone who's as comfortable on client sites as they are documenting standards back at base.
