About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team, with a clinical focus spanning Vestibular, Neurological, and Musculoskeletal rehabilitation. This is a one-on-one treatment model — you will never be splitting attention across multiple patients — allowing you to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with your patients and deliver truly individualized care.

You'll work collaboratively as part of an integrated care team, coordinating directly with referring physicians, otolaryngologists, and movement disorder specialists to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, evidence-based physical therapy treatment across vestibular, neurological, and musculoskeletal caseloads
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize advanced clinical technology (FES Bike, Gait Sensors, Body Weight Support Gait Trainer, Infrared Video Goggles) to enhance assessment and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with referring physicians, otolaryngologists, and movement disorder specialists to coordinate patient care
• Participate in and benefit from our structured mentorship program
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Texas State Physical Therapy License
• New graduates welcome
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient-centered care
