`Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them develop essential skills for their future. If you have a love for early childhood education and enjoy creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children.

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.

- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors.

- Assess the progress of each child and provide individualized support or interventions as needed.

- Promote literacy education by incorporating reading, storytelling, and language development activities into daily routines.

- Maintain a well-organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning and exploration.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent involvement activities.

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education.

Experience:

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred.

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.

- Familiarity with behavior management strategies for young children.

- Experience in creating engaging lesson plans that promote active learning.

- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Strong classroom management skills.

- Experience in special education or tutoring is a plus.
