Sales Management Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to develop leadership, sales, and business management skills in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will learn all aspects of our sales operations, client acquisition process, and team leadership structure while working closely with experienced sales managers.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers

Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops

Support senior sales managers with team coordination and planning

Track sales performance metrics and customer interactions in CRM systems

Help develop and refine sales presentations and pitches

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Prepare for future promotion into a sales leadership role

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales, leadership, and business development

Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a team environment

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
