Paraprofessional Positions - Strafford School District (2026-27 School Year)

Strafford School District is seeking dedicated paraprofessionals to join our team for the 2026-27 school year. In this role, you will work directly with students, providing essential support in classrooms and specialized programs while building your own skills in education.

We have full-time and part-time positions available, making this a great fit for college students studying education or a related field who want hands-on classroom experience while they are still in school. This is real, resume-ready experience you can point to when you apply for teaching or education-related positions down the road.

Pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.70 per hour, depending on experience. This rate is competitive with many other part-time jobs available to college students, but few of them will teach you as much about your future career.
