A Jockey Sales Lead (Key Holder) drives store sales, delivers customer service, and acts as Manager on Duty by opening and closing the store, managing visual merchandising, and promoting Jockey Rewards. & Teal +2

Main Duties

  • Sales and Service: Help drive store sales, run register transactions, and grow Jockey Rewards.
  • Store Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty when needed and open or close the store.
  • Merchandising: Stock products, set visual displays, and handle markdowns.
  • Asset Protection: Keep cash, inventory, and store assets secure. ® Teal +2

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Experience: 3 years of retail or customer service experience plus 1 year of management experience.
  • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
