About Oaklin Lane

Oaklin Lane is building a national leader in pediatric therapy, with a mission to expand access to high-quality care for children and families.

Too many children who need speech, occupational, physical, or behavioral therapy face long waitlists and limited access to providers who accept insurance. Oaklin Lane is working to change that by building exceptional therapy centers that combine outstanding clinical care with thoughtful operations, modern technology, and a family-centered experience.

We are an early-stage, rapidly growing company. Interns will have the opportunity to work on real business problems and help build systems that can scale across a national organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-oriented Product Management Intern to help design and improve the products, tools, and experiences that support Oaklin Lane’s families, clinicians, and operating teams.

You will work on real product challenges from identifying user needs and defining requirements to testing solutions and measuring results. Projects may involve patient and family experiences, clinician workflows, internal operating tools, data products, and The Pediatric Collective.

This is not an observational internship. You will take ownership of meaningful projects, collaborate across functions, and help build products and systems that can scale across a national pediatric healthcare organization.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your interests and experience, projects may include:

Interviewing families, clinicians, and team members to identify unmet needs

Mapping user journeys and identifying opportunities to improve the patient, parent, or clinician experience

Translating user needs into product requirements, workflows, and feature recommendations

Conducting market and competitive research

Developing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility

Creating wireframes, prototypes, or process designs

Working with technology, operations, clinical, and leadership teams to launch new solutions

Testing products and gathering feedback from users

Defining success metrics and analyzing product performance

Evaluating software platforms, emerging technologies, and potential partnerships

Developing digital tools and experiences for The Pediatric Collective

Presenting product recommendations directly to company leadership

Curious about how people interact with technology and services

Analytical, organized, and comfortable working through ambiguity

Strong researchers, writers, and communicators

Comfortable collaborating across technical and nontechnical teams

Able to balance attention to detail with the broader strategic picture

What You’ll Gain

Hands-on experience across the full product-development lifecycle

Ownership of projects with tangible impact on children, families, and clinicians
