We are looking for an outgoing, stylish person to join our team at our award-winning local women's clothing boutique. You will help customers find great outfits, style display windows, and keep the shop clean and welcoming.
Main Duties
- Styling & Sales: Greet shoppers and give fashion advice tailored to each person's body type and taste.
- Customer Service: Build friendly ties with regular shoppers and answer questions about sizing and brands.
- Store Display: Arrange clothes, shoes, and accessories on racks and windows to catch people's eyes.
- Inventory: Unpack new clothing shipments, tag items, and restock the sales floor daily.
- Cash Register: Run the POS system, process cash and card sales, and handle returns smoothly.
What We Need From You
- Experience: 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. (clothing store experience is a big plus).
- Skills: Great communication skills and a positive, high-energy attitude.
- Passion: A strong eye for modern fashion trends and a love for styling outfits.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, and flexible hours.
- Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 pounds.
