Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Therapists to join our growing team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll play a vital role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.

Collaborate with clinical supervisors to support treatment goals.

Communicate professionally with families and staff.

Attend required trainings, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age; High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).

Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in North Orange County (Anaheim, Fullerton, Santa Ana, and surrounding areas).

Afternoon availability (3–5 days per week).

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Previous experience with children or ABA therapy is a plus, but not required—comprehensive paid training is provided.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time position: 10–25 hours per week (afternoon/evening availability required).
