Reporting to the Assoc. Director of Graduate Admissions within the Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office (GAFAO), the Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) for Residential MBA Programs plays a key role in managing the end-to-end application process for our Full-Time MBA and Part-Time MBA programs. This position is responsible for providing support to prospective and current applicants, coordinating and maintaining accurate application records, and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the Residential MBA admissions process. The SPC will work closely with members of the admissions team to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for applicants while helping to support the overall operations of the Residential MBA programs. As priorities and processes evolve, the SPC may also take on additional admissions or admissions operations responsibilities to support the needs of the office. This is a 35 hour per week role.

Job Function 1 (50%)

Back Office Management: Collaborate with SPC peers to manage residential MBA application workflows with a focus on data accuracy and file completion. Perform routine Slate data audits and record updates to ensure complete and accurate applicant records. Address status inquiries and track file progress to guide applicants through the application process. Partner with the Operations team to evaluate workflows and continuously refine Slate database functionality. Support evolving admissions operations and application processing initiatives as systems evolve.

Job Function 2 (40%)

Candidate Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to candidate inquiries, delivering essential information and support throughout the application process. Efficiently manage inquiries related to Residential MBA programs in the MBA inbox, aiming for a 2-3 business day turnaround for replies. Log and track the new documents received in the MBA App Docs inbox, ensuring accurate logging in Slate and timely addition to the relevant application. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, contributing to ongoing improvements in responsiveness and efficiency.

Job Function 3 (10%)

Front Office Support: Provide support to prospects, inquiries, and applicants by responding to phone calls, emails, and in person visitors. Ensure a supportive and seamless experience for individuals interacting with the admissions process.

Required Skills


- Associate's Degree, B.S./B.A. preferred, strong attention to detail, required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- one to three years of experience in fast-paced customer service environment.
