At Aspen AI, you will become part of an elite team of software engineers committed to developing cutting-edge technology that leverages AI to revolutionize two critical areas: digital advertising (Meta, Google, Bing) and client communications (phone calls, texts, and emails). Our AI operates autonomously, handling both advertising and client communication without human involvement. Joining us at this early stage gives you the opportunity to make foundational decisions that will shape the future of our product.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the architecture, design, and development of new and existing features to ensure our solutions meet the highest quality.
  • Solve complex problems with creativity and precision to consistently deliver value to our customers
  • Experiment with and adopt cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes to optimize your own and the team’s efficiency. Demonstrate a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.7.
  • 1+ years of industry experience building software.
  • Proficiency with C#, Python, React, SQL, and a web framework—preferably .NET 10 / .NET Core.
  • Strong programming experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for excellence and excitement about future technologies.
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
