Meet the Team
The Corporate Services and Real Estate (“CSRE”) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and providing services for the firm’s global real estate portfolio to support the jobs of 3,500+ employees. As a Real Estate Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in all elements of corporate real estate, including site search and evaluation, legal negotiations, design and construction, budgeting and forecasting, and move/migration. This internship is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on real estate projects that will hone your problem-solving, communication skills and adaptability.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with teams including Business Strategy, Technology, Legal, and Human Resources to support ongoing real estate projects.
- Help gather business requirements and analyze space data to inform the layout and design of new office environments.
- Support seating allocation analysis by evaluating headcount forecasts and planned changes in seat capacity.
- Use Microsoft Excel to build and maintain financial models that assess the commercial impact of real estate projects.
- Assist in preparing monthly portfolio reporting for senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to team-wide projects and help identify new, effective ways to analyze the business.
What You Bring
- Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Strong organizational skills and the adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable work.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively in writing and in small-group settings.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with tools such as pivot tables and macros.
- Ability to support data-driven analysis across project timelines, financial forecasts, and property-related evaluations.
